Honda CR-Z
Honda will present in March in Geneva, the European version of its new coupe hybrid CR-Z, which differs from that debuted in January in Detroit only whether a section with LED lights in the headlights. In technical terms the European Honda CR-Z has not changed. Hybrid system consists of a petrol 1.5 i-VTEC engine and an electric 10-kW, with a total power 124 h.p. Electrical energy is supplied by the aggregate set of lithium-ion batteries. The hybrid System of Honda CR-Z has three operating modes – Sport, Normal and Econ. The first acceleration from 0-100 km/h becomes less than 10 sec, while the latter stresses fuel efficiency, of course, at the expense of dynamics. Honda CR-Z will appear simultaneously on the markets in Japan, USA and Europe in the summer of this year. The price of the model for the Old Continent is not yet known, but in the U.S. it will be around 20 000 dollars.
