The new sport coupe from Toyota

Toyota coupeAt the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show this month, Toyota will show its version of the sports coupe with rear-wheel drive, which is jointly developed by Subaru. More are expected this week to see the first official pictures of the model. Source of Toyota, told the publication Carscoop, the new coupe has taken a lot of style concept FT-HS hybrid (pictured), also show two years ago of the Detroit Motor Show. While the FT-HS concept with hybrid drive, the new coupe in “Toyobaru” will be installed in front of the Subaru boxer two-liters and rear transmission. The gearbox has six mechanical degrees. Coupe developed by both companies will have a different design for each of the marks, but overall mechanics, as Subaru will come from the engine, chassis and suspension. Both versions of the cabin will be available in 2011, as production will be the new Subaru factory in Gunma, Japan. Interestingly, according to information from the U.S. government to Toyota, the sports coupe in the U.S., the Japanese company will sell branded and Scion will replace the current model Scion TC. Great design and very fast and aggressive looking.
