Jeep showed more photos of the new Grand Cherokee

Daimler modernized Maybach

MaybachDaimler tested modernized version of Maybach 57 and the vehicle with extended Wheel base designated Maubach 62. While these spy photos of the changes on the car are not very clearly visible, they will be similar to those already made on the Mercedes feyslifta of Mercedes-Benz S-Class. In other words, small cosmetic improvements here and there, slightly modified radiator grille, revised rear lamps and more. However, real change is not visible because it will get upgraded Maybach high-tech systems and new processing engine that will reduce fuel consumption and emissions CO2. We expect to see renewed Maybach model 2010 more by the end of this year to European markets.

Smart in negotiations with Renault for ForFour

Smart ForFourAccording to the Dutch edition Autointernationaal, Daimler is considering the possibility to develop a second generation of the Smart ForFour jointly with French company Renault. We remind you that the first generation model has been total failure, as its creation Germans a partner with Mitsubishi. Currently both companies refused to comment on rumors that appears, but early last week to Daimler CEO Dieter Tsetshe said that consumer expectations are to be directed more towards compact cars and they will work in this direction.
