This week in the factory of the Finnish company Valmet starts production of hybrid cars to the U.S. company Karma Fisker Automotive, which was shown before the three years. The first deliveries of Fisker Karma, both in Europe and the U.S., is predicted to be implemented in April. The company plans to produce the model year by 15,000 units, its price is 95 900 USD, but after deduction of bonus state, it fell to 88,400 USD.
We remind you that Karma is powered by hybrid technology, consisting of two electric motors with a total capacity 403 h.p. and 2.0-liter gasoline engine serving only to recharge the lithium-ion batteries. Electricity stored in batteries, the car can travel 80 km. But when you come to aid of the internal combustion engine, increasing the autonomy of 480 km. The batteries can be recharged in a standard household outlet, the procedure takes 6 hours. From Fisker Automotive reported that Karma accelerates from 0-100 km/h for 5.8 sec and is able to move with maximum speed of 201 km/h. At the same time to travel 100 km the combined cycle it needs only 2.35 liters of fuel.
