The British company MG, which already owned manufacturer of motor vehicles on Chinese Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC), used the exhibition to Beijing to present their conceptual model mini MG Zero. The car is 4 m long and is in high tech style was developed by British design team of MG in Birmingham, and the project is personally managed by its director Anthony Williams. The model will not remain just a concept, it will be developed and production version, expected to hit Chinese market next year and in Europe – in 2012. Plans are that of MG is a global car, so probably it will be available in other markets. Speculate that the production model of MG Zero will be called the MG3, it will be available with some small amount of the internal combustion engine and will probably get a sports version, relying on four-turbocharged engine.
