The new Opel Astra now for sale

At the end of last week, General Motors handed the keys of the first owners of new-generation Vauxhall Astra, the brand which is sold under the popular Opel model of the Island. Therefore the new Astra was introduced first in Britain since it is this will be its main European market. It is envisaged that approximately 25% of the total output of the model is aimed at UK customers. In addition to this unit, the new Astra will be available in Bulgaria, with petrol 1.4 Turbo (140 h.p.), 1.6 (115 h.p.) and 1.6 Turbo (180 h.p.) and diesel 1.3 CDTI (95 h.p.), two versions na1.7 CDTI (110 and 125 h.p.) and 2.0 CDTI (160 h.p.). In 2011 will be introduced and environmental version of the model – ecoFLEX.
