Toyota Sport Hybrid Concept

This year’s Tokyo Auto Salon exhibition was used by Toyota for several conceptual developments created jointly with other companies, including the prototype Sports Hybrid, which is based on the model MR-2. The prototype is equipped with a gasoline 3.3-liter V6 engine and new hybrid technology to the Japanese THSII. The car can move and using every unit separately, the electrical system is possible only at low speeds, and combining the forces of the two engines. Toyota Sport Hybrid Concept has a total capacity of 392 h.p., weight, and is about 1 500кг. according to Japanese and accelerates from 0-100 km/h for 4.5 sec. Standard drive is transmitted to all four wheels, but it is electric only to the front. Toyota currently do not report on anything for mass production of hybrid model, but according to the British edition Autocar, which is usually one step ahead of everyone else in terms of avtomboilnite innovations, the Japanese preparing a new hybrid model to compete with Honda debuts in Detroit CR-Z.
